Service and maintenance
Service is a core aspect of our philosophy!
This already starts when transporting the machines to the client. Boere's house forwarder not only takes care of delivering the machines in good order at the client, but, when agreed upon, also puts the machine at the right working spot in the clients production hall. If machines can not be transported by Boere's house forwarder, the machines are always forwarded without reloading. In case of overseas transport the machines will be lashed and stored in the container by Boere's own employees so that also in this way the machine will arrive undamaged at the client.
Next, when commissioning new machines our mechanic will explain the funtioning of the machine in detail as well as test sand with the machine. Also the different adjustments and the required maintenance will be elaborately discussed.
Since several years now Boere offers a day (in-company) course for (new) machine operators working with a Boere (wide belt) sanding machine. Meanwhile many have taken this course and work better and more efficiently with their machine. For more information, please contact Boere.
Should there be a problem with the sanding machine, first we try to solve the problem by telephone. If the problem can not be solved in this way, our own service mechanics can be quickly brought in.

Recently a customer satisfaction survey has been held amongst Boere users in the Netherlands and Belgium. The selected customers had bought a Boere wide belt sander between 2010 and 2012. The survey was aimed at gathering information about the perception of the customer with regard to the brand name, advise, quality, user friendliness and service.
